Privacy Policy

This policy explains how 2BVPN handles account, transaction, and website usage information when providing cross-border network acceleration subscriptions. Website analytics and acceleration connection records are handled separately; data needed for account billing is not the same as browsing activity logs.
Account and Service Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. 2BVPN processes usernames, password verification information, and account status for identity verification, login, and subscription management. Keep your login credentials secure, and do not share passwords or full subscription links and other access credentials in support tickets or on public pages.
To provide subscription plans and verify payments, the service retains order records, including the selected plan, order amount, payment status, and necessary transaction identifiers. Plan validity, total data usage, and remaining data are used for billing and usage display; they are not used to build a history of the websites users visit.
Anonymous No-Logs Policy
2BVPN follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit through acceleration connections, store browsing content, visited URLs, or DNS query history, or retain connection logs that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.
Temporary operational status needed to establish a connection is used only to handle the current connection and is not retained as a connection history after the connection ends. Account data usage totals and plan status are service delivery data and are handled separately from browsing destinations. Anonymous no-logs describes a data handling policy; it does not mean third-party websites cannot identify logged-in accounts or record activity under their own rules.
Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page views, referral sources, device categories, and entry-point clicks so we can improve content and navigation. Analytics are not used to track destinations visited through acceleration connections. Do not include passwords or subscription credentials in page addresses or feedback, as they could be submitted as page information.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login status, save language preferences, and store necessary interface settings. You can manage cookies, clear site storage, or limit analytics-related features in your browser settings. Clearing storage may log you out or restore default settings; it does not automatically delete server-side order or account records.
Third-Party Payments and Information Sharing
Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers or the relevant transaction networks. Their data collection, transaction confirmation, and retention practices are governed by their own policies. 2BVPN uses order status and necessary transaction identifiers to verify payments, process refunds, and resolve transaction disputes.
Relevant information is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service, meet applicable legal obligations, or resolve necessary disputes, and the scope of sharing is limited. Third-party websites you choose to visit are governed by their own privacy policies; this policy does not replace their rules.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to maintain the account and subscription service. Order and payment verification records are retained for as long as needed to process transactions, handle refunds and disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Analytics data is kept only as long as needed for analysis, then deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set a uniform retention period without confirmation.
To access, correct, or delete account data, log in to the user panel and describe your request through the support ticket portal. Account ownership must be verified before processing. Deletion may affect subscription access and future account recovery. Records that must be retained by law or are needed for an unresolved dispute will be identified, and their use will be limited.
Policy Updates and Feedback
If data handling practices or applicable requirements change, this page will be updated and the last-updated month at the top will be revised. Significant changes to the scope of collection, purposes of processing, or user rights will be announced through a visible on-site notice. Where separate consent is legally required, updating this text alone will not replace that consent.
